1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our content and services, all payments are considered final and non-refundable once access is granted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment was made by mistake
- Technical failure caused no access to the purchased content
- Unauthorized or fraudulent charges (must be reported immediately)
If you believe you qualify for a refund under these conditions, email us at privateluvaccess@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.
3. No Refunds for the Following
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Disliking a creator’s content
- Failure to cancel before a renewal
- Subscriptions partially used
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting our support first may result in account suspension and permanent ban from the platform.
5. Canceling Subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time via your account settings. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Canceling does not provide a refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), contact our support team with:

- Date and amount of the charge
- Reason for the request
- Screenshot or proof of charge (if available)
