This Earnings & Creator Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms between Privateluv.online ("we", "us", "our", or the "Platform") and content creators or virtual model operators ("you", "your") who earn revenue by offering content, subscriptions, or services on the Platform.
By uploading content, activating monetization, or requesting payout, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Eligibility
To earn revenue, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
- Provide valid identification and payment information
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
2. Revenue & Payments
- You may earn money through user subscriptions, tips, or paid content.
- The Platform takes a service fee from your earnings (percentage will be disclosed on your dashboard or creator terms page).
- Payouts are processed via supported third-party payment providers (e.g., Segpay, crypto, or others where available).
- You are responsible for any transaction fees or banking charges.
3. Payout Schedule
- Payouts are typically processed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the payment method and minimum threshold.
- You must ensure your payment details are accurate.
- Payment delays may occur due to account verification, chargebacks, or policy violations.
4. Taxes & Legal Compliance
- You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due in your country.
- We may request tax forms (e.g., W-8BEN, W-9) where applicable.
- The Platform does not provide tax or legal advice.
5. Content Ownership
- You retain full ownership of your content.
- By uploading, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, distribute, and promote it on the Platform.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or monetize content that:
- Violates copyright or intellectual property laws
- Features or depicts anyone under 18 (real or simulated)
- Involves violence, non-consent, or illegal acts
- Violates our Content Guidelines or Community Standards
7. AI-Generated Content
- AI or virtual model content is allowed, but must comply with all platform rules.
- No content may falsely impersonate real people without permission or simulate minors.
8. Termination of Earnings
We reserve the right to withhold or suspend earnings if:
- You violate our Terms, Privacy Policy, or Content Guidelines
- We receive valid legal complaints or DMCA notices
- Your content is fraudulent or raises regulatory concerns
9. Refunds & Chargebacks
- If a user receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, related earnings may be reversed.
- Excessive chargebacks or fraud may result in suspension or permanent account closure.
10. Updates
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of monetized features means you accept the most recent version.
