Welcome to Privateluv.online. To keep our platform safe, respectful, and legal for all users and creators, we’ve established the following content and behavior guidelines. All users must follow these rules to participate on the platform.

2. Prohibited Content
You may NOT post, share, or promote content that includes:

- Incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or other illegal fetish content
- Sexual violence or non-consensual acts
- Revenge porn or doxxing
- Hate speech, racism, or discrimination
- Threats, harassment, or bullying
- Promotion of self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior
- Content that violates local, national, or international laws
3. AI-Generated Content
- AI-created content is allowed, but must follow all community and legal standards.
- No misleading users with deepfakes, impersonation of real individuals without their consent, or synthetic representations of minors.
4. Intellectual Property
- Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use.
- Respect copyrights, trademarks, and the rights of other creators.
- Copyright takedown requests will be enforced in accordance with DMCA or applicable law.
5. Privacy and Consent
- Do not post private information (e.g., names, locations, contact info) without clear, documented consent.
- All models/subjects featured in your content must have given their permission to be included.
6. Spam and Malicious Behavior
You may NOT:
- Use bots or fake accounts
- Promote scams, phishing, or malware
- Post excessive promotional links or spam messages
- Attempt to manipulate views, likes, or earnings artificially
7. Nudity and Adult Content
- Nudity and explicit content are allowed where legal, but must be clearly marked and tagged.
- All adult content must comply with international age verification and consent standards.
8. Reporting Violations
Users can report content that violates these guidelines. Our moderation team will review all reports and may remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users as necessary.
9. Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Serious violations may be reported to legal authorities.
10. Updates
These guidelines may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
